Ducati Monster

The Ducati Monster name has been around for a over 20 years and was the first ‘cheap’ Ducati. It has been updated several times to keep it up to date but regardless of model its always looked good. I believe it was one of the few new naked motorcycles at a time when sports bikes and other sporty looking motorcycle where the most desirable models to get.

The 2016 Ducati Monster is available is multiple engine capacities and always had a powerful engines but you can get a power restricted learner model if you really need to but why? The Monster is also priced competitively for a Ducati.

In terms of design and details the Ducati looks good close up and from a distance and the latest design theme mark it as a Ducati. If you don’t like the standard look you always add a huge number of custom parts, cosmetic and engine modifications. I preferred the original Monster trellis frame design more than the current version but design must move forward and it look different but good as well.

Would I buy a Ducati Monster? In isolation yes I would buy the Monster 1200 model, it got the looks power and and character to keep me happy for a little while. Unfortunately there are a number of other models which I think would keep me happier for longer and one of them is an additional model I had to add to my initial list!
