Welcome to the start of my series on the best selling motorcycles in Australia in 2019. It was promising to be another good year in the financial sense. Of course things did not  quite work out towards the end with the pandemic, which may have dented sales. Based on data published by FCAI and VFACTS here are the best selling motorcycles in Australia for 2019:

Note: I’ve only listed the categories I’m interested in as it is very clear where the sales being made. It is quite a contrast from the past where high capacity sports motorcycles where the sales leaders but walk into any motorcycle store these days and it is definitely not the case

The overall best selling motorcycles in Australia for 2019:

(Note that these motorbikes are not necessary purchased by learner riders but those that fall under the LAMS category. After all I you won’t see many Honda NSC110 with L plates going down the freeway. Unless they are purchase for parts…but that’s another story. )
