The watch Journey – Watch Brand tier List – Most Fashion Brands

Welcome to the 6th instalment of my watch journey. The Watch brand Tier list currently stands at Rolex Last, Tudor second last and the next from the bottom are most of and the broad range of fashion branded watches. You know the names: Chanel, Versace, Tommy Hilfiger, Louis Vuitton and the list goes on.  

These fashion brands make watches as accessories to clothing or in LV case bag catalogue. Watches are an afterthought to most of them based on what they are normally selling in 2024. Note that some PR is a bit of a stretch e.g. Chanel claims in house manufacture but they actually contract out to a generic but highly acclaimed exclusive watch designers and manufacturers. 

The problems with the fashion watches is many. Sure there are some iconic designs but not enough which is why they are third last. However the main two are: that they are all overpriced costing far more than their build quality can boast and their designs look cheap and toy like. 

All that said if one of the numerous fashion branded watch completes your outfit then go for it! After all if none of the mainstream watch brands can do it these are the top tier choices for you.
