2019 Suzuki Hayabusa News

It’s been 20 years since the Original Suzuki Hayabusa GSX1300R was released hence I’ve maintained this website for the same amount of time. There is much history and drama surrounding the Hayabusa and happy to say that I’ve been part of it!

Fact – it is still one of the fastest motorcycles on the planet 20 years later!
Fact – the Guinness Book of records said it is the fastest production motorcycle in the world at the time.
Fact – the Suzuki Hayabusa has been given a speed restrictor.

The biggest news for 2018 is that Suzuki has said that the Hayabusa will no longer be sold in the Europe or where compliance to Euro 4 emission regulations are required. The Suzuki Hayabusa will still be sold elsewhere. I’ve delayed posting this news until the confirmation but due to holidays simply forgot to schedule the upload!

They have Not said that there will be a Gen 3 Hayabusa but I think you can expect a 20 Year anniversary model by the end of 2019! I’m hoping that the original Bronze version colour scheme is re-released! Great memories for that model!
