Historical Price of petrol in Australia – 2011

Blast from the Past! – Reposting scattered content from 2011 – Price of unleaded petrol in Australia. Location is mostly around Victoria Australia. (Note that is is my personal record, nothing to do with official statistics which I don;t think there are any at the service station level available to the public.) I should add from now on that this is price for 91 Octane unleaded NOT the higher 95 octane or above.

January 2011 – I paid around $1.32 per litre this month.

February 2011 – I paid around $1.35 per litre this month.

March 2011 – I paid around $1.40 per litre this month.

April 2011 – I paid around $1.45 per litre this month.

May 2011 – I paid around $1.38 per litre this month.

June 2011 – I paid $1.32 per litre this month but this was a one off price. It was just under $1.40 for the entire month from what I saw.

July 2011 – I paid $1.46 per litre this month but this was a one off price.

August 2011 – I paid $1.42 per litre this month, which was reasonable in the current economic climate.

October 2011 – Not recorded – probably because I was away.

November 2011 – Not recorded – probably because I was away.

December 2011 – *Note that I am moving the petrol pricing history back to the main Hayabusa site for the next month. This site is be exclusively for motorcycle pictures for at least the next 12 months. All links to be provided in due course!

I paid $1.46 per litre this month, which is a restively stable price compared to prior months.

Note that this is price for 91 Octane unleaded NOT the higher 95 octane or above.
You have to pay around 10-15 cents extra for 95 octane.
