2024 Favourite Motorcycles – Italjet Dragster

The Italjet Dragster represents the stereotype Italian exotic design and manufactured vehicles. I liken Italjet to Ducati the difference is Ducati makes motorcycles and Italjet makes scooters. In fact I can see where BMW motorcycles got their inspiration for their designs since 2000. 

The Italjet Dragster only recently made it to  my favourite 2023/2024 motorcycles as they are now available as an official import in Australia after being released as an European only  model in 2022. 

The Dragster is all about looks and performance. Hence complaining about features that a normal scooter should have, like the lack of under seat storage as an example is pointless. That said many motorcycles do not have any space either. By all reports it handles great and fast for a scooter. Of interest the engine is a Piaggio (Vespa) unit of some sort and the front suspension is a bespoke design and one off in 2024. 

I would buy the Italjet Dragster purely on looks alone and the added performance would be a secondary factor. However based on the usual price of $9,990 AUD it is fortunate that it does have the bigger engine. I think the Italjet Dragster is by far the best looking scooter on sale at the time of the post.
