Windows Surface RT Problems

Unfortunately I encounted my first real and critical problem when I returned home.

The Surface RT’s  included power charger or transformer is a universal voltage version so it should work anywhere in the world. However the power connection is a propriety one so you can’t simply buy one of the shelf. It cannot charge by USB either so there’s no way of  charging it on say an aeroplane. That said I checked the power supply and confirm that it does work and not the problem.

Rather the problem is with the Surface RT it’s self. So I have a very expensive brick and have to work out how to have it returned and fixed. As you can guess I’m quite upset about the whole situation.

Update: Yes sent it back and received a new one!
