2023 Favourite Motorcycle – CFMOTO 450SR

For 2023/2024 there are only 3 models in the CFMOTO range that have held my interest for more than a passing glance which means I actually went to the manufacturers website for more information. The CFMOTO website is fancy and quick yet answered all my questions in some scrolling and 2 or 3 clicks without the need to input personal details and risking data breaches. 

The second model that caught my eye and subsequently check out was the CFMOTO 450SR, incidentally also LAMS compliant. The 450SR looks very similar to the 300SR which I featured in the prior post in this series but it is quite a different. Just wish they would be spent a little more to make more unique fairing as it will inevitable be compared and reviewed just as a bigger bored 300cc engine, which it isn’t. 

In terms of specifications the CFMOTO 450SR uses a new twin cylinder BOSCH branded EFI, alloy frame, USB front forks with the all important Brembo front brakes also with BOSCH ABS, flashy drive controller, 5 inch instrument panel and ‘T-Box’ which App enables the 450SR with your phone. 

So why is the CFMOTO 450SR on the 2023 short list of favourite aka best motorcycle to buy? Very simple, thanks to more power and branded parts and smart phone connectivity it is more than competitive than the existing default LAMS models.
