2023 Favourite motorcycles – CFMOTO 700 CL-X

For 2023/2024  there are only 3 models in the CF MOTO range that have held my interest for more than a passing glance which means I actually went to the manufacturers website for more information. Not all manufacturer websites are the same with many showing only very brief marketing material. It seems all geared towards the same an repeated material being he same. 

The third model that caught my eye and subsequently checked  out was the CFMOTO 700 CL-X. The silhouette is vaguely familiar but the way CFMOTO have put it together gives a look that is mostly it’s own and brand consistent. It just looks good. 

So it looks good but does the 700 CL-X have the tech specs to back it? Well, yes it does! Adaptive headlights and branded key components, KYB front, Brembo, Bosch electrics and Continental ABS. Engine power is spot on for 2 cylinder 700cc as well so it is a competitive package with a competitive price tag. The build quality is as good as any model I seen lately. 

I don’t think I need a conclusion … the CFMOTO 700 CLX is a compelling package at a fair price in 2023/2024. The only question I have is : will this is be my new motorbike?
