Honda CB500X Review

2013_cb500x_blkThe all new Honda CB500X has just been released (November 2012) and is essentially a raised version of the CBR500R for very light trail bike riding.  Like it’s two other variants it won’t be available to the public until May 2013 so there’s plenty of time to save up. All three CB500 models are LAMS compliant so learner motorcyclists can buy and ride one legally.

The CBR500X  can be likened to a SUV or soft-roader car. It can go off road but clearly not for challenging terrain. You could also regard the 500X as a super motard but really its designed in the vein of the VFR800X.

I do like the design of the CB500X but because of my obsession with the CB400 and the DN-01 I have picked them instead. I digress,  since there is no competition in the 500cc class at the moment and based on what I saw it should be a good seller if the price is right!

More details to be updated on this page as they arrive.
