The Honda NSC110 Dio is one of the cheapest new scooters you can buy from Honda or another brand in 2020. This scooter is the mainstay of commuters and food delivery companies in many cities around the world. Note that it isn’t used as a rental in Australia due to bring over 50cc. In fact it’s the best selling scooter in 2019 selling 1109 units. This sales number is up from 597 in 2018. The difference arguably explained by the 2019 model refresh.

The Honda Dio is a modern basic scooter with few competitors for proven reliability for the price. It looks modern, comfy seat and enough power for it’s target customer. Other brands except for the Suzuki Address, do not have anything similar also explains it’s sales dominance. If it meets your purpose then why not?
