Price of petrol October 2017

The price of petrol I paid during October 2017 averaged $1.38  per litre for 91 Octane unleaded add 10-15 cents for 95 Octane and usually 15-25 cents for 98 Octane, location is Melbourne Australia. The price is rather high and topped out at $1.42.

The last time I looked diesel was price $1.29 per litre.

Note that fuel prices vary according to area and the level of competition and a whole heap of other factors like shopping discounts and so forth, however unreasonable high prices (relative to crude oil prices) is greed. Also note that the Octane level I post here represents Australian measurement which is different from those in other countries eg. US.
