As 2018 comes to an end I have belatedly posted the 2017 list of the most popular motorcycles in Australia and they are not what you would expect. According to the FCAI the most popular and highest selling motorcycles are as follows:

1. Honda CRF50F
2. Yamaha PW50
3. Yamaha TTR50E
4. Honda CRF110F
5. Kawasaki KLX110
6. Honda NBC110
7. Yamaha WR450F
8. Harley Davidson XG500
9. Honda CRF230F
10. Harley Davidson FXSB

I’ve never really considered buying any of these motorcycles on this list but clearly there is demand for these sort of bikes so I’ve decided to look at each of the model over the next month dealing specifications, number of sales and recommend retail pricing and all in context work out why there are so best selling motorcycles in Australia.
